I would like to talk to you today about
a new assistant for business chatbots
have become really cannibalized by
organizations to to Really deliver um
such mundane things at times like just
simple task oriented stop that if you
really think about it a conversational
interface like a virtual assistant can
um really Aid in the ability for
you to extend your capabilities with
your Core Business Systems how does this
work well let's talk about customer
relationship
management so in
CRM we have sales motions we have
customer motions and a lot of
those typically are manual type
steps even with some of the most
Advanced CRM platforms you're still
clicking a lot and what if I were to
suggest to you that if you had let's say
AI
embedded you could change the experience
for the
better let me explain
why in CRM
we have activities like customer
interactions we have
um
activities
that require us to
propose but what
if this system could leverage AI to
accomplish those tasks well then my
proposal process can leverage content
inside my CRM system as well as other
trusted systems to generate an actual
proposal for a client in a much shorter
time or my interactions with a client
maybe that can be better sooner for
example if I have a new person who is
client facing
and they're just learning the ropes
their interactions won't be near as good
as somebody who has been doing it for
several years but the AI could allow
that new person to create interactions
like
emails and
Outreach with the same type of
content in a robust
message automatically
so in a motion where we're interacting
with our customer embedding AI can make
things more consistent and efficient
let's talk about another
example case
management case
management is a
scenario where typically you have
documents
that are complex they're full of
information that has really lots
of you know facts spread across multiple
Pages sometimes multiple documents and
sometimes these documents arrive at
different times but as a case manager my
job would be
to try to progress that case along
but I'm hindered by the fact that I
actually have to dig into the content
when it comes in and maybe I might not
remember content as well that I've
reviewed already but if we introduce
AI then I can get a generated
summary or I can get fact
extraction
at my fingertips in an automated
way that augments my existing case
management process but for the better so
now as a case management person I can
have more
information faster without having to go
into individual documents where the AI
can actually look at those documents and
summarize and harvest key facts for me
quicker let's look at a third example
development in
devops I'm creating
applications code components and let's
be honest those developers out there you
sometimes go to Google right just to
figure out how a function works or how
to um understand an API or a
library but what if I leverage
AI then I have code
assistance and that code
assistance can help me deliver better
code because as I mentioned with the CRM
example I am dipping into existing code
repositories that are trusted inside my
organization and I'm stitching them
together for the particular need that I
have at the moment as a developer so I
can also increase
consistency and
quality so at our Core Business
embedding
AI gives
us essentially a smarter
process
and it can
increase
consistency as well as
productivity and that's the
magic where
productivity can allow me to produce
more with less effort less
friction and as I mentioned
here using existing trusted information
I can do it higher
quality so when you look at embedding AI
