cases where organizations 6:10implemented ungoverned AI recruiting 6:13algorithms and they had to pull the plug 6:15when their AI selection model started 6:17recommending only males for certain 6:19roles and females for other roles this 6:22is because the data that they trained 6:25the algorithm for had males going into 6:28all of the it roles and then females 6:30going into some of the other roles and 6:32so you have to start with the data to 6:34make sure the data is unbiased I think 6:36it would be best to think of generative 6:38AI as an assistant not a seasoned expert 6:41the assistant will need to have 6:43supervision from a human to provide 6:45oversight handle exceptions and ensure 6:48accuracy to ensure the responsible use 6:51of ai ai systems are now being designed 6:55to tell you how they reached a certain 6:57conclusion no more blackbox AI there is 7:00transparency and Trust in the decision 7:03making there are also robust Frameworks 7:06in place to prevent data leaks and 7:08mitigate biased decision-making having a 7:10layer of human governance at the top 7:13will absolutely be crucial to the 7:15success of AI HR was not meant to be a 7:18pure
