0:00[Music] 0:07my name is Ken Lee and I'm a CEO or a 0:10gpb's Hipps is a unified managed health 0:13Cowan as we provide a base in Singapore 0:15we offer business voice and mobile 0:17services manage Internet connectivity 0:19and cloud services and solutions to our 0:22customers to be able to deliver 0:23uninterrupted services to our customers 0:25we look at delivering three specific 0:27requirements being able to scale and 0:30extend customer operations to oversee 0:32locations assisting individual customer 0:35portfolio requirements including 0:37security of data and operations 0:39delivering expertise s and when customer 0:42requirements comes in a gpb's has been 0:45using IBS bare-metal and virtual servers 0:47since 2012 our partnership has really 0:51helped us provide high-grade services to 0:53our clientele we have leveraged IBM's 0:56global data center coverage to extend 0:57customer operations including converting 1:00on-premise deployments to vsi or virtual 1:03server infrastructure for example we 1:06have been able to act provide voice 1:07services for customers looking at 1:10extending operations to either Europe 1:12u.s.
